01 I've never heard of Veia. Why should I trust it?

02 What if the app doesn't convert?

04 How long does Apple's review actually take?

Typically 1–3 days for a new app. We submit within 48 hours of your setup call. From submission to live on the App Store, most merchants are live within 7–10 days. We've built the timeline around the realistic worst case: under 2 weeks.

05 I'm already on Shopney / Vajro. How hard is switching?

We handle the migration. Your existing app users transfer to the new app. Your push subscribers carry over. The switch typically takes no longer than a fresh setup — and at $49/month vs $149–$1,000, the maths work out in the first month.

06 Is Arabic supported? What about other languages?

Arabic with full RTL layout is on the Phase 2 roadmap — it's a confirmed priority, not an afterthought. If you're building for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or the wider Gulf, you can request early access and we'll notify you the moment it ships. Every other aspect of Veia works for your store from day one.
